Obituary of Ronnie Lee Harris

Of Clio, age 57, died unexpectedly at home on Thursday, October 4, 2007. Funeral service will take place 1:30 pm, Monday October 8, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mount Morris. Rev. Robert VanKuren will officiate with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Ronnie's family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 5:00 to 9:00, Sunday from 11:00 to 9:00 , and on Monday from 11:00 until time of service at 1:30pm. Memorial donations may be considered to a Family Fund, envelopes are available at the funeral home.\ \ Ronnie was born October 22, 1949 in Flint, MI the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Sylvia "Margareta (Richards) Harris. He and Janney (Frost) were united in marriage on August 28, 1973 in Flint He worked for Flint Truck Assembly for 10 years, retiring in 1979. He was a member of UAW Local #598. \ \ Ronnie leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 34 years, Janney, 3 children Leann and husband Steven Shick of Montrose, Ronnie Jr. and wife Tanya Harris of Sikeston, Missouri, Robin Harris of Clio, 3 grandchildren Adriana Galloway, and Thomas and Brady Shick, father Frank Harris, and Mary of Flint, sister Susan and husband Edward "Wimpy" Elder of Swartz Creek, brother Chris and wife Alice Harris of Oran, Missouri,and many nieces and nephews. \ \ He was preceded in death by his mother "Margaret", in 1982. \ \
