Of Genesee Township, age 90, died Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. The funeral service will take place 11:00am Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mount Morris. Pastor Tim Evans will officiate with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday 5-8pm, Friday 12-4 and 6-8pm and Saturday from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am. Those desiring, may consider memorial contributions to the Flint Chapter of Compassionate Friends. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. \ \ Margaret was born October 31, 1916 in Hancock, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John and Mary (Crowley) Lawrence. Margie was a graduate of Mt. Morris High School class of 1935. She and Fred Knoodle were united in marriage on November 2, 1935 in Mt. Morris. Margie enjoyed gardening, cards, bingo, reading. She was a member of Krapohl Senior Center and a life member of O.E.S. Mt. Morris Chapter.\ \ Surviving are her children, Kathleen Irish of Mt. Morris, Fred and wife Jimmie Knoodle of Harbor Springs, Jerry and wife Pamela Knoodle of Davison; Grandchildren, Penny Shaale, Tommy Irish, Kellie Goderis, Shelley Knoodle, David Knoodle, Jennifer Jeffries, Amy Miller, Jared Knoodle;\ 9 Great Grandchildren Margie was preceded in death by her husband Fred Knoodle October 10, 1968, infant son Danny August 15, 1945 and granddaughter Candi Urich September 11, 2004. \
