Obituary of Ethel L. Hammel
Age 83, of Flint, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023, in McLaren Flint. In accordance with Ethel's wishes, cremation has taken place; there are no further services scheduled at this time. Expressions of sympathy can be placed on Ethel's tribute wall at martinfuneralhome.com.
Ethel was born in Saginaw, Michigan, on April 12, 1939, the daughter of Francis and Margaret (Cousineau) Wagle. Ethel was a travel nurse in Florida taking care of children, then moved to the Flint area and worked as a nurse for H-Care.
Ethel liked to watch television shows such as cooking, nature, and travel. She loved her dog, Bebe.
Left to cherish her memory are her five children, eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several brothers and sisters.
Ethel was preceded in death by her husband Albert Hammel, her parents, three brothers, and a son.
