Obituary of Linda Marie Hylton
Age 63, of Mount Morris, died Monday, May 9, 2022, at home with her family by her side. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, May 13, 2022, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Pastor Kevin Dixson to officiate. Linda’s family will present to receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the time of service at 2:00 pm. Linda was born in Flint, on June 26, 1958, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry and Eleanor Yelle. Linda married the love of her life, Billy Ray Hylton, on July 5, 1986. She was always a very active person and loved her family with a passion. She would always make sure everyone was taken care of. Linda enjoyed traveling to West Virginia to visit her family and going on car rides with her loving husband. They would go anywhere the wind would blow. Linda loved flowers. From planting them in her garden to hanging baskets to fresh-cut in a vase in her home. It didn’t matter what kind, she loved them all. Linda also enjoyed listening to music, especially 80s rock and roll. She also enjoyed camping and going to the beach where she could sunbathe on the warm sand. She also enjoyed getting her nails done every 2 weeks and she never missed an appointment. But above all, she loved her family and will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish Linda’s memory is her loving husband of 36 years, Billy Hylton; children: Andrea and husband, Chris Hansard, Dion Miller, Misty Hylton, Travis Hylton; grandchildren: Kayla, Erin, Mackenzie, Robin, Addison, Slade, Stone, Devin, Landan, Camryn, Gavin, Logan; siblings: Cheryle and husband, Rich Mehalick, Mark Herrick; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Carl, Dale, and Rick.
