Loretta was born in Gladwin on March 6, 1934, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roy and Reatha (Lidster) Grant. Loretta met and married the wonderful Jackie Fisher. Sadly, he preceded her in death on June 19, 2007. Loretta worked on the Assembly Line for AC Delco until her retirement in 1982. After retiring, Loretta went on to obtain her cosmetology license. Loretta lived on Hubbard Lake and loved to spend her time out on the pontoon boat. She enjoyed traveling and was blessed to be able to go to Hawaii, Mexico, and take several cruises. She enjoyed wintering in Florida and taking trips with her family. She especially looked forward to the yearly girls' trip with her daughters and her nieces, Debbie and Diane. Loretta was very good at canning vegetables that were grown in her garden as well as pickles, grape jelly and apples picked from her apple tree. She made the best apple pie from those same apples. Loretta looked forward to the monthly family game nights with her family, however, she was very competitive, so you better be ready. Loretta loved to watch Jeopardy and eat popcorn. She also enjoyed reading and enjoyed novels by James Patterson. She always had a book by her bed. Loretta enjoyed painting lighthouses and other crafts. She painted several pieces of her Christmas village and displays them at Christmas. Loretta loved life and would do anything for her family. She will be greatly missed.

Loretta is survived by her children: Richard Lee Riley, Reatha and husband, Robert Reil, Roxanne and husband, Donald Switzer, Robin Riley and husband David Flood, Rodney Riley; step-son, Mark and wife, Kathy Fisher; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; siblings: Joy and husband, Roland Karklin, Dwain and wife, Bonnie Grant; several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Loretta was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Fisher; parents; stepson, Todd Fisher; sister, Ardith Damzyn; grandson, Jimmie Switzer; niece, Debbie Sullivan.
