Obituary of William L. Hartung

Age 42, died Saturday, January 12, 2008 at McLaren Regional Center in Flint. William was born February 26, 1965 in Saginaw the son of Mr. and Mrs. Orville and Sally (Schaeding) Hartung. He was a graduate of Vassar High School, class of 1983. William enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, demolition derby and loved driving tow trucks for FabbroAaas Towing. William loved time with his children and family. Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, wife Cindy Hartung (Cunningham), daughter Nikki and Jacob and son Jason (Deanna). grandchildren Makayla and Blake, brother Kenneth (Michelle) and sister Lynette (Kirk), and many nieces and nephews. William was preceded in death by grandparents, Orville, Eleanor Hartung. Funeral service will take place Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at 11 am at Martin Funeral Home Vassar Chapel with Rev. Fr. Steven Killey officiating. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery Saginaw. WilliamAaas family will greet friends at the Martin Funeral Home, Vassar Chapel on Monday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Tuesday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. On Wednesday morning family will receive visitors from 9:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Memorial Contributions may be considered to family fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
