Obituary of Patricia Ann Fisher

Of Flint, formerly of Lapeer, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2008 at BrianAaas House in Davison. Funeral service will take place at Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris on January 29, 2008 at 2:00pm. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. PatriciaAaas family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm and Tuesday from 10:00am until the time of service at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Patricia was born in Flint on March 31, 1942 to Leroy Howe and Pearl (Loomis) Damuth. She married James Fisher in Flint on December 19, 1981. She was a member of the Flint Eagles Aerie #629 for many years. Patricia loved spending time with family and friends and was an accomplished crafter. Her crocheting skills were second to none and many babies were wrapped in those loving works. Patricia was an excellent cook and shared many of her culinary ideas with family and friends. Surviving are husband of 26 years, James; 9 children, Donald Currie (Melissa) of Lapeer, Scott Currie (Vivian) of Clawson; Elizabeth (Jeff) Tarrants of Swartz Creek, Rebecca (Kenny) Puckett of Lawrenceburg, KY; Karen (Thomas) Beauchesne of Clio, Andrea (Mark) Murringer of Flint, Sandra Fisher (Matt) of Burton, Jannette (Thomas) Beaver of Columbiaville, Paul (Laura) Fisher of Flushing; 17 grandchildren and one-great grandchild; many nieces and nephews; mother, Pearl Damuth; brother, Marvin (Shirley) Howe of Birch Run; sister, Sandra (Ronny) Pavlicek of Millington; brother-in-law, Mick (Donna) Fisher of Davison; sisters-in-law, Patricia Tremain of Clio and Andrea (Michael) Woodwyk of Kalamazoo; best friend Patti Hastedt of Davison. Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Howe and her son Edwin Currie.
