Age 78, of Mt. Morris, died Sunday, January 3, 2021, at her home. A private graveside service will take place on Monday, January 11, 2021, at Woodlawn Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be placed on Margaret's tribute page at martinfuneralhome.com. 

Margaret was born in Flint, Michigan, on March 16, 1942, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tytus and Victoria (Pardell) Kozlowski. Raised in Mt. Morris, Margaret was educated locally, graduating from Mt. Morris High School with the Class of 1960. After graduation, Margaret went on to Eastern Michigan University, earning a degree in elementary education. She would later continue her education at Eastern Michigan University, earning a Masters Degree in Education. Margaret taught elementary education for several school districts in Michigan, until her retirement. She enjoyed history and volunteered for several historical societies. In her free time, Margaret enjoyed opera and the fine arts.

Margaret leaves to cherish her memory her sister: Virginia and husband, Steve Posey; niece: Amala and husband, Bentley Monk; grand-niece: Geneva Monk; and caregiver: Mary Dubuis and her family.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents.
