COVID-19 UPDATE: With the recent guidelines limiting the number of people to less than 10 at any gathering, we are asking that you consider other ways to help support family and friends during this difficult time as an alternative to attending a visitation or funeral.

Age 64, of Grand Blanc, died at home on Saturday, August 29, 2020, with her family by her side. In accordance with Barb’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and burial will be held at a later date in Wisconsin. Expressions of sympathy may be shared on Barb’s tribute page at martinfuneralhome.com.

Barb was born March 13, 1956, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of Patrick and Joan (Hiett) Quinlan. Raised in the Milwaukee area, Barb attended Brown Deer High School, graduating with the Class of 1974. After high school, Barb went to Oakland Community College, earning a degree in nursing. Barb worked as a nurse for over 40 years at Henry Ford Hospital and Crittenton Hospital, retiring in 2012. A devoted wife, mom, grandma, and nurse, Barb was always caring for others. When not busy with her family, she enjoyed bowling with her husband, Joe.

Barb leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Joseph; three children: Stephanie and husband, Eric Jordan, J.J. Kube, and Adam Kube; six grandchildren: Jalen, Hunter, Ella, Janae, Bella, and Malachi; sister: Colleen, and husband, Mike Joers; brother: Mark Quinlan; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Timothy Quinlan.
