Obituary of LeRoy M. Engelhart

Of Akron, age 51 died March 6, 2008 at Bay Regional Medical Center in Bay City. LeRoy was born in Saginaw June 17, 1956 the son of LeRoy and Shirley (McNally) Engelhart. He was united in marriage to Donna Rushford in Vassar January 20, 1979. LeRoy was a 1974 Graduate of Vassar High School. He was a musician and loved composing music and playing the guitar, and he also collected antique tools. LeRoy truly loved spending time with his family and vacationing in Curtis, MI. Surviving besides his wife Donna are daughter Rachel Engelhart; mother Shirley Engelhart; three sisters Marilynn (Ted) Martin, Karen (Doug) Bey, Cindy Engelhart (and friend Chris Lane); nieces and nephews, Megan (Brian) Anderson, Seth (Melissa) Martin, Luke (Brooke) Turner, Kasey Bey, Elizabeth Budzinski, Stacy Stilson, Kelly (Chris) Mills; great nieces and nephews Molly Anderson, Liam Anderson, Landon Turner, Catherine Martin, Logan Mills; sister-in-law Brenda (Ed) Kraa; and numerous friends and cousins. LeRoy was preceded in death by his father LeRoy Engelhart Sr., mother and father-in-law William and Mildred Rushford, and nephew Hudson Turner. Memorial Services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday March 8, 2008 at St. LukeAaas Lutheran Church in Vassar with Reverend Naumann officiating. Cremation has taken place according to LeRoyAaas wishes.
