Obituary of Kenneth James Margetson

Of Flint, age 67, died Sunday, March 30, 2008 at his residence. The funeral service will take place at 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mount Morris. Pastor Jim Pryor will officiate with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. KennethAaas family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00am until 9:00pm. Envelopes are available at the funeral home Kenneth was born February 6, 1941 in Manistee, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. Caleb and Mary (Hale) Margetson. He and Cindy Peters were united in marriage on December 6, 1969 in Thompsonville. Kenneth was a dedicated employee of GM for over 35 years working as a press operator, retiring in December of 1999. Kenneth was a dedicated and loving husband, father and grandfather who will be missed by all who knew him. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Cindy; children, Donald (Pauline) Margetson, Michael (Sarah) Margetson and David (Rachel) Margetson; three grandsons and one granddaughter; brothers, Bill, Wayne, Ron, Roger and sister, Rosemary. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Candy.
