Obituary of Dean Paul Bigelow

of Tulsa, formerly of Mt. Morris, age 64, died Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at Johns Hopkins Bay View Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. The life celebration will take place 3:00pm, Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor Doug Klein will officiate. Cremation has taken place. DeanAaas family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 1:00pm until time of service at 3:00pm. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to the Johns Hopkins Bay View Medical Center Burn Unit. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Dean was born September 5, 1945 in Flint, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald and Florence (French) Bigelow. He graduated from Mt. Morris High School, Class of 1963. Dean proudly served in the United States Air Force for five years before receiving his Honorable Discharge. In his free time Dean enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, riding his motorcycle, working in his yard, singing and playing guitar and piano. Dean leaves to cherish his memory, his brothers and sisters, James and wife Mary Lou Bigelow, Jack and wife Sondra Bigelow, Ken and wife Fran Bigelow, JoAnne and husband Bob Buchanan, Janet and husband John Muir, and Jennie and husband Gary Jean, sister-in-law, Geri Bigelow, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Stan and Dick Bigelow.
