Obituary of Catherine M. LaRoche

Of Bozrah, Connecticut, formerly of Flint, age 83, died Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Harrington Court Nursing Home. The funeral service will take place 12:00 noon, Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at the St. Mark Lutheran Church in Flint. Pastor Gary L. Beck will officiate with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at St. Mark Lutheran Church on Tuesday, from 11:00am until time of service at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Mark Lutheran Church. Envelopes are available at the church. Catherine was born October 7, 1926 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip and Mary (Sharp) Tribelhorn. She and Robert LaRoche were united in marriage May 18, 1946, in Flint, Michigan. They were happily married for 52 years; he preceded her in death in 1999. She was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church in Flint. Catherine leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Robin and husband Timothy Parker, grandson, Timothy Robert "T.J." Parker, brother, William and wife Wanda Tribelhorn, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert, and two brothers, Robert and James.
