Of Flint, age 58, died Saturday, July 31, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family. The funeral service will take place 1:00pm, Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at the Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Mt. Morris Rev. Floyd Wehner and Pastor Doug Klein will officiate with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. PatriciaAaas family will be present at the funeral home on Monday, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, Tuesday, 10:00am to 2:00pm and 4:00pm to 8:00pm. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to Genesys Hospice, Susan G. Komen Foundation or Flint Sail and Power Squadron. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church. Patricia was born July 22, 1952 in Kansas City, Missouri the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John and Marian (Gage) Hollar. She and Daniel Loga were united in marriage in August 12, 1972. Patricia worked at St. Joseph Hospital for 22 years and The Children's Office for 14 years before retiring in May 2009. Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family, boating, reading, attending Central Church of the Nazarene in Flint, Pat and DaleAaas Bible Study, Flint Sail and Power Squadron and visiting with her friends at Bay City Yacht Club. PatriciaAaas memory will be cherished by, husband Daniel; two children; Jonathon and wife Estee Loga, Kimberly and husband Justin Weeks; grandson, Thaden Weeks; mother, Marian L. Hollar; two sisters Jonna and husband Greg Francis and Sandra Hollar; mother-in-law, Theresa Loga;brothers-in-law, Glen Jr. and wife Linda Loga, Richard and wife Neice Loga; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, many cousins and her boating family. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregiver Aleta. Chris Jackson and the entire staff at Genesys Hospice. Patricia was preceded in death by her father, John and father-in-law, Glenn Loga.
