Obituary of Sandra Arnold

Of Mt. Morris, age 57, died Friday, April 1, 2011 at Genesys Hospice. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 11:00am, Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at the St. Mary Catholic Church in Mt. Morris. Rev. Fr. Francis Faraci will officiate with burial to follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 4, 2011 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm. On Monday night, family and friends will gather at the funeral home to pray the Rosary at 7:00pm. On Tuesday morning, Sandra will be taken to church lie in state from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Genesys Hopsice. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and church. Sandra was born April 24, 1953 in Flint, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John and Lula (Ward) Dow. She and Robert Arnold were united in marriage April 5, 1975. Sandra was loving, warm, and gentle; she will be greatly missed. Sandara leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 36 years, Robert; daughter, Theresa Arnold and fiance, John Norman; mother, Lula; six sisters, Vel and husband, Doug Pilon, Margaret Ann and husband, Dan Gasprich, Cathy and husband, Gary Hanson, Jackie and husband, Jerry Meyers, Fran and husband, John Kelley, and Barbara Russell; five brothers, Patrick Dow, John Dow, Charles and wife, Peggy Dow, Robert and wife, Val Dow, and Ronald Dow; and several nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, John and an infant brother, Keith.
