Obituary of Stephen Eads

Of Flint, age 62, died Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at his home. The funeral service will take place 11:00am, Monday, June 6, 2011 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor David Burkett will officiate with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Stephen's family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am.
Stephen "Steve" was born August 21, 1948 in Flint, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William and Elanor (Carr) Eads. He graduated from Beecher High School Class of 1966. Stephen proudly served in the United States Marine Corp for 2 years before receiving his Honorable Discharge in 1970. Stephen worked for A/C Spark Plug for 7 years before retiring. He loved listening to oldies music, watching the Detroit Tigers and Bible Study Classes.
Stephen leaves to cherish his memory, sister Janice and husband Tom Stadler, niece, Caitlin Stadler and fiance Michael Hollis.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents.
