Obituary of Christina Marie Lau-Perez

Of Grand Forks, North Dakota, formerly of Flint, age 45, died Sunday, August 9, 2009 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. The funeral service will take place 5:00pm, Thursday, August 13, 2009, at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Visitation will take place on Thursday from 11:00am until the time of service at 5:00pm. Pastor Larry Survance will officiate with cremation to follow. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Christina was born February 10, 1964 in Pacoima, California, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy and Patricia (Pillsbury) Lau, Sr. She and Noe Perez Sr. were united in marriage in 1982. Christina enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping, reading, scrapbooking, photography, bingo, the Detroit Red Wings, margarita's, and especially spending time with family and friends. Christina leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Noe Perez, Sr., father, Leroy (Betty) Lau, Sr., mother Patricia (Bill) Cudd, four children; Noe, Jr., Samantha, Miguel, Mikala, and special niece, Bianca, brothers; Leroy and Kawika, sisters; Jammie, Michelle, and Holly and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, her dog, Taz, granddog, Rocky, and many family and friends. Christina was preceeded in death by her sister, Regina, uncle, Steve, nephew, Anthony, and cousin, Bear.
