Obituary of Sheila Marie Pyne

Of Mt. Morris Township, age 64, died Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. The funeral service will take place on Monday at 11am at St. MaryAaas Catholic Church in Mt. Morris. Family will receive friends at the church from 10:00am until the time of service at 11:00am. Father Francis Faraci will officiate. Following the service, Sheila will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Claude, at Cedar Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorial contributions to family fund. Envelopes are available at the church. Sheila was born November 12, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan the youngest of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel and Norah (Manion) Linehan. She and Claude Pyne, Jr. were united in marriage October 15, 1976. She liked to read anything she could, had a wonderful sense of humor, was feisty, and will be remembered for her loving and nurturing ways. Sheila leaves to cherish her memory her six children; Denise and husband, Gary Pingel, Kimberley and husband, Rick Steig, Kevin Pyne, Christian and wife, Susan Pyne, Matthew and wife, Mikki Pyne, Keri and husband, Jason Carlson. Sisters, Kathleen and husband, Harold Robertson, DeDe (Norah) and husband, Richard Oehmke, Eileen and husband, Les Elliott, Margaret and husband, Dave Giles. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. The family would like to acknowledge special friends, Mike, Christine, and Joe. Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, Norah and Daniel, husband Claude Pyne, Jr., and granddaughter, Angel Rose.
