Obituary of Richard Allen Hamacher

HAMACHER, Richard Allen AaA"RickAaA Of Flint, age 56, went home to be with his sister and the Lord, Tuesday, September 22, 2009, doing what he loved to do, working with a customer. A Life Celebration will take place 3:00pm, Saturday, September 26, 2009 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, with cremation to follow. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, from 11:00am to 8:00pm, and on Saturday from 1:00pm until time of service at 3:00pm Memorial contributions may be made to the Family Fund. Rick was born January 12, 1953 in Clio, Michigan the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cleo and Isabelle (Mahany) Hamacher. He and Laurie Stevens were united in marriage August 12, 2005. He was owner and operator of Rick's Garage and Towing Service, for over 30 years. Rick leaves behind his wife Laurie, brother Ron (Jeanette) Hamacher, sister Connie McLeod, sons Richard Hamacher, Anthony Hamacher, Richard Myers, and the love of his life his daughter, Stacie Hamacher, many grandchildren, and one great grandson, , many special nieces, nephews, and close special friends, especially Les Myers and Family,.and his shadow, his pet Shadow. The family would like to thank all of his customers for their many years of support. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Victoria Lynn Chadwell.
