Obituary of Agnes Elizabeth Baslock

Of Vassar, Michigan age, 93, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Covenant HealthCare-Harrison. Agnes resided at The Lutheran Home of Frankenmuth for the past five years. Agnes was born February 25, 1917 in Filion, MI. She moved to Vassar in 1959. Agnes was married November 23, 1938 to Roy W. Baslock. He preceded her in death October 25, 1993. Surviving are three sons and two daughters-in-law, John and Joyce Baslock, Vassar, MI; Donald and Theda Baslock, Ann Arbor, MI; Allen Baslock, Bridgeport, MI; also surviving are five grandchildren, Michael (Lisa) Baslock, Holly, MI; Michelle (Jeff) Klein, Saginaw, MI; Chad (Kim) Baslock, Rochester Hills, MI; Jodi (James) Knight, Milan, MI; Gina (Doug) Salzenstein, Beverly Hills, MI; and eight great-grandchildren, Lindsay and Bryce Baslock; Hailey and Brandon Klein; Eric Knight; Madison, Leah, and Noah Salzenstein. Funeral services will take place 12:30pm Monday, March 1, 2010 at the Martin Funeral Home - Vassar. Pastor Wally Reames will officiate with burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery. Friends may call at the Martin Funeral Home on Sunday where the family will be present from 2:00pm to 8:00pm.
