Anna was born in Port Huron, on April 27, 1963, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward and Janet (Horn) Bauer. She met and married the love of her life, James Laubenthal, on July 6, 1984, at the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Algonac. Their union would be blessed with five beautiful daughters. Anna loved to cook and was known for her ability to can jellies and jams. She loved to bake cookies, cakes, and cupcakes to give away to her neighbors and send with Jim to work. Anna loved taking great care of her flower beds, with Day Lilies in any color, being her favorite. She was very talented at crocheting blankets, giving them away for charity as well as donating toys to the Sheriff's Dept to disburse to people in need. Anna was well-loved by her amazing husband and will be greatly missed.
