Obituary of Suann Marie Zeisloft
Age 66, of Clio, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Medilodge of Frankenmuth with her family by her side. In accordance with Suann’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Suann was born in Flint on June 8, 1957, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill and Nell (Hull) Kippe. Educated locally, Suann attended Ogemaw Heights High School and graduated with the Class of 1975. She met and married the love of her life, Lawrence Zeisloft, on July 8, 1979, in Rose City. Their union was blessed with three wonderful children. She was a wonderful mother and was excellent at cooking and baking. She enjoyed spending time helping at Moore Elementary School, working in the computer lab, where her children went to school. Suann was very active in many aspects. She was a long-time member and board member as well as she sang in the choir at the Mt. Morris United Brethren Church in Mt. Morris. She was also an active member of the women's Moose Lodge #2426 in Birch Run. Suann enjoyed many household activities as well including sewing and flower gardening. Camping all over Michigan was one of her favorite pastimes. In her free time, Suann enjoyed making Diamond Art and loving on her cats. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish Suann’s memory are her loving husband of 44 years, Larry Zeisloft; children: Heather and husband, Chris Reitsma, Larry and wife, Kendal Zeisloft, Jason and wife, Edith Zeisloft; grandchildren: Stormie, Jody, Emma, Joslynn, Willow, Harrison; sister, Sherry and husband, Bob Bonner; sister-in-law: Lynn Kippe; brothers and sisters-in-law: Bob Zeisloft, Barb Falbey, Linda and husband, Dean Sartori; aunt, Judy Hull; several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Suann was preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Allen Kippe, Bill Kippe, and John Kippe; father and mother-in-law: Harry and Ruth Zeisloft.
