Of Grayling, previously of Mt. Morris, age 86, died Sunday, February 12, 2012, at Concerned Country Care Home. The funeral service will take place 3:00 pm, Tuesday, February 14, 2012, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Chaplain Goodman Cox will officiate. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park, with Military Honors conducted by the American Legion Post #158. Family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, February 14, 2012 from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Ronald "Ronnie" was born January 25, 1926, in Old Town, Maine the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Leona (Robachaud) Dube. He and Dolores Crocker were united in marriage February 21, 1948. Ronald proudly served the United States Navy for two years. After being honorably discharged, later, he would begin his career for General Motors; retiring in 1984. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife of 64 years, Dolores; two sons, Ronald Dube and partner, Diane Jabotte and Gene and wife, Marlene Dube; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; one brother, Joseph Dube; and several nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters; and four brothers.
