Obituary of Delores Gore

Of Mt. Morris, age 78, died Friday, April 27, 2012, at Redwood Manor. Cremation has taken place. The memorial service will take place 1:00 pm, Saturday, May 5, 2012, at the The Bridge, G-3326 Corunna Road, Flint, 48532. Chaplain Jim Salo will officiate. Those desiring, may direct memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes are available at the church. Delores was born August 30, 1933, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guy and Marjorie (Hobson) Hart. Delores did clerical work for the MESC for 24 years before retiring in 1984. She very much enjoyed her family; Delores will be greatly missed. Delores leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Candy and husband, Michael Livingston; two sons, Larry F. Gore and Guy and wife, Jody Gore; 13 grandchildren, Marie, Ann, Harmony, Brandie, Scott, Shannon, Sean, Michael, Aaron, Timothy, Matthew, Christina, and Steven; 20 great-grandchildren, Treavor, Alana, Mason, Drew, Brendan, Christopher, Anthony, Sabastian, A.J., Alex, Tyler, Tyvon, Trenton, MaKayla, Caleb, Mileah, Eli, Evan, Aubrey, and Landon; two sisters, Charlotte and husband, Bill Leece and Diana and husband, Larry Watson; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Randy L. Gore; and great-grandson, Cameron Livingston. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Redwood Manor and Hospice Advantage for the care they gave to Delores.
