Davis, Howard E. \ age 66 of Otisville died Thursday, December 21, 2006 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral service will be held 1:00pm, Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at Richfield Church of the Nazarene, Pastor Michael Morris officiating, and burial in Flint Memorial Park. Howardas family will be present at the Miles Martin Funeral Home to receive friends on Saturday from 2:00pm to 9:00pm, and on Sunday from 12:00noon to 5:00pm. On Tuesday, Howard will be taken to church where he will lie in state from 11:00am until time of service at 1:00pm. Memorial donations may be considered to the Leader Dog for the Blind. Envelopes are available at the funeral home and at the church.\ \ Howard was born December 8, 1940 in Mt. Morris the son of James and Martha \ (Kern) Davis. He and Judith Miller were united in marriage June 30, 1961 in Pine Run. He was a Dye Maker at Buick retiring in 1997. He was a Lifetime Member of the Lions Club, and a Past District Governor. \ \ Howard leaves to cherish his memory:\ wife of 45 years Judy,\ 3 children: Mike and wife Joyce Davis, Nancy and husband Chuck Withrow, and Matt and wife Leslie Davis, \ grandchildren: Robert, Jamie, Cheryl, Darrell, Tressa, Justin, Meghan, Amy, James, Tiffany, Rick, and Courtney, 7 great grandchildren, grand dog Arro, and Howardas dog Daisy, 3 brothers: James and wife Barbara Davis, Emerson and wife Phyllis Davis, Thomas and wife Ann Davis, sister in law Marlene Davis, sister in law Linda and husband Lee Poore, brother in law Jack and wife Cathy Miller, brother in law James Miller, many niece and nephews, special friend Jenifer, and many other close friends, and relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers LeRoy, and Harvey, and father and mother in law. \
