On October 25, 1986, Rhonda married the love of her life, Larry McKee, at the United Brethren Church in Mt. Morris. Rhonda worked on the assembly line for General Motors until her retirement in 1985. Rhonda was a wonderful cook and enjoyed cooking for her family for many years. She loved her church family at Hopewell General Baptist Church and was very involved and active in the church. She liked to socialize and get together with her church family. Rhonda loved to eat and try new foods. She liked many varieties of food with the exception of German dishes. She found a little place that made her favorite dessert of chocolate-covered raspberries. Rhonda had a love for horses and used to raise and board them. Fishing was another one of her favorite pastimes. She would fish anywhere there was water, from Arkansas to Michigan’s Great Lakes. Rhonda enjoyed traveling, sightseeing, and spending time at the beach. She was a hugger and had a quick wit and a great sense of humor. She was loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
