Obituary of Beverly Ann Davis

Age 65, of Mount Morris, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021, at home. A Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 pm, Friday, December 3, 2021, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Pastor Dennis Tanner to officiate, with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Beverly’s family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Beverly was born in Flint on December 25, 1955, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford and Marlene Ann (Ware) Curtis, Sr. Educated locally Beverly graduated from Elisabeth Ann Johnson Memorial High School with the class of 1973. Beverly worked on the assembly line at General Motors for 30 years until her retirement in 2008. Beverly loved photography and art. She spent many days in Detroit just walking around and seeing the history and churches and art institute. Beverly could be called outdoorsy as she loved to hunt Up North in Lewiston, Lake City and anywhere she was able. She also attended deer camp every year. She enjoyed taking her children to Universal Studios in Florida. Beverly loved her family and spending time with them, especially her grandchildren.

Left to cherish Beverly’s memory are her children: Blake and wife, Ashlie Davis, and Brittney Davis; grandchildren: Ainsley, Blakely, Raeya, siblings: Steven and wife, Karen Curtis, Susan and husband, Russell Derseweh, Diana and husband, Brian Crampton; several nieces, nephews, and relatives.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Clifford Curtis, Jr.
