Age 95, died peacefully on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at home. In accordance with Margaret’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held on a later date with interment at New Calvary Cemetery. Margaret “Peggy” was born September 15, 1925 in Flint, Michigan the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry and Mary (Baikie) Black. Born and raised in Genesee County, Peggy graduated from Flint Northern High School with the Class of 1943. Peggy started her career working for Dr. Sparks, working in his office for 25 years. Peggy met and fell in love with Willard “Jim” Stiles, the two were united in marriage and started their life’s journey together. Peggy enjoyed all things in life but becoming a mother and homemaker was her pride and joy. 

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Willard “Jim” Stiles; daughter: Kathryn; sons; Paul and Dan; 17 grandchildren; many great- grandchildren; nephews, nieces and friends. 

Peggy was preceded in death by her first husband: Harold Starkel; sons: Robert and James; and brother: Jim Black.
