 Age 88 of Clio died Friday, March 19, 2021, at Maple Woods Manor.  A private funeral service will take place with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Kidney Foundation; envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Betty was born in AuGres, Michigan, on May 12, 1932, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Daisy Reynolds. Educated locally, Betty graduated from Mt. Morris High School with the Class of 1950. She began her career at St. Joseph Hospital, working in the dietary department. Betty then went on to work in sales, becoming the Tupperware Secretary up until her retirement. Growing up, Betty loved family time with her siblings during deer season and camping. She loved to fish; her brother, Theron, and her would ofter go weeks at a time through the summer months. Betty met and fell in love with Lloyd "Jiggs" Willis, and the two were united in marriage on February 17, 1951, at AuGres United Methodist Church. Betty and Jiggs had their family home in Mt. Morris and their home away from home in Twining. The entire family would gather at the cabin in Twining and enjoy spending time together, making memories. Betty loved to host holiday get-togethers and gatherings of any sort; she was known for her homemade cinnamon rolls and being a great cook. Betty enjoyed reading, casino trips, playing bingo, doing puzzles, and playing cards. She also loved to go out polka dancing with friends and family. Most of all, Betty loved spending time with her family it was always her top priority. 

  
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Sherry and husband, Robert Johnson, Sally and husband, Ken Harrington; grandchildren: Kim and husband, Bill Whitehead, Kelli Willis, Kerri McLean, Bobby and wife, Crystal Johnson, Jennifer and husband, John Stewart, Kenny and wife, Tara Harrington, Bradley Harrington; 18 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; brother: Theron and wife, Carol Reynolds; sisters: Evelyn and husband, Gary Hyde, Shirley Horst, Jane Reynolds; daughter-in-law: Thelma Willis; several nieces, nephews, and friends.  

 

 Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband: Lloyd "Jiggs" Willis; son: Jerry Willis; and brother: Lyle Reynolds.
