Obituary of Timothy Dale Dowd

Age 55, passed away unexpectedly on August 5, 2020. In accordance with Timothy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Timothy’s family will receive friends Saturday, August 15, 2020, from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. He was a Technical Support Engineer for BMW of North America, where he gave nearly 16 years of service. He was a great friend to many, and most of all, a loving father.
He is survived by his daughter, McKenna; his father Dale; his two sisters: Dee Ann and Debra; and his many nieces and nephews.
Tim was a fishing fanatic, a talented guitar player, and many other wonderful things. He was a coach and mentor to all of his colleagues, and many people looked up to him. His passion and willingness to learn is something that was apparent to all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
