Obituary of Paul Allen Tilton
Age 57, of Mt. Morris, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020, at McLaren Flint. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 am, Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris, with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Paul's family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Paul was born in Flint, on November 3, 1962, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William P. and Luna M. (Welch) Tilton. Educated locally, Paul graduated from Beecher High School with the Class of 1982. In his free time, Paul enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. An avid Elvis fan; Paul enjoyed listening to his music and watching his movies. Paul was also a collector of Elvis memorabilia and knives. In his younger years, Paul could be found outside in the front yard practicing with his nunchucks and three-section staff. He was also a long-time, dedicated member of the Mt. Morris Free Methodist Church.
Left to cherish his memory are two brothers: James R. and wife, Norma J. Tilton, Sr., and William P. Tilton, Jr; three nieces, one nephew; one great-nephew; and many other family members and friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Ruth Tilton.
