Obituary of Sylvia Luciell Young
Age 5 months and 19 days, became our Beloved Angel on Thursday, November 28, 2019. Sylvia was her family's ray of sunshine. A memorial service in her honor will take place at 6:00 pm, Friday, December 6, 2019, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Grand Blanc. Her family will be present to receive friends on Friday from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the family. Sylvia was born on June 19, 2019, at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc, the daughter of Mr. Jeremiah Brandon Anderson, and Ms. Sara Phyllis-Marie Young. In her short time on this earth, Sylvia made a significant impact on those around her. A golden light to all those she encountered, Sylvia brought her entire family together. She was loved and cherished by all who knew her. Even after her passing, Sylvia continues to bring joy to other babies. Sylvia’s family donated her clothes and toys to local area babies to keep them warm and bring them joy during the holiday season. Sweet sunshine Sylvia was a bright light who will be missed, but not forgotten.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers: Jeremiah Waits, and Clinton Smith Jr; great-grandfather, Clinton Smith Sr.; aunt, Dorothy Kester; uncle, Jake Smith.
