Age 59 of Mt. Morris died suddenly, Friday, September 12, 2014, at Hurley Medical Center. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, from 11:00 am until time of service at 3:00 pm. Memorial donations may be directed to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Brian was born December 18, 1954, in Flint, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lenus and Agnes (McCarthy) Reno. Raised in Mt. Morris, he is a 1973 graduate of Mt. Morris High School. He enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, fishing, music and reading.
Left to cherish his memory are two sons, Brent Reno and Chris Reno; three grandchildren, Bryce, Alexis and Gabrielle; two brothers, Jack and wife, Pam McCarthy and Brad and wife, Jill Reno; and several nieces; nephews; step-mother, Margaret Reno; step-sisters andstep- brothers, Julia Russell, Stan and wife, Judy Ziaya, Sharon Atchinson, Barbara and husband Tom Russell and Sandy Rouse as well as many lifelong friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Ann.
