Obituary of Ruth M. Miller

Of Mt. Morris, age 76, passed away Friday, November 10, 2006 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral service will take place 11:00am, Tuesday, November 14, 2006 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Mr. Vernon Lawrence will officiate with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park. Ruthas family will be present to receive friends on Sunday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm and Monday from 10:00am to 9:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Arthritis Foundation. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. \

Ruth was born May 5, 1930 in Flint and lived in Mt. Morris her entire life where she touched the lives of many people. She was married to Jerry Miller and had worked for the Department of Social Services until her retirement in 1995. After retirement she volunteered at Montague School in Mt. Morris and was involved with the Senior Center in Clio. \

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Nancy and husband Randy Gallagher of Mt. Morris, son, Chuck and wife Judy Miller of Mt. Morris, grandchildren, Jeff and Julie Miller of Clio, Jason and wife Cindi Gallagher of Clio, Kenny and Ryan Miller of Mt. Morris, "Darcie and Tammy,a and several life-long friends. \

Ruth was preceded in death by her son Bruce L. Miller.
