Virgie Vojinov

Of Flint, age 53, died Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at Hurley Medical Center. The funeral service will take place 2:00 pm, Monday, February 4, 2008. at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Pastor David Burkett will officiate with cremation to follow after service. Family will be present to greet friends at the funeral home from 2:00 pm to 8:00pm Sunday and 1:00pm until time of service at 2:00pm Monday. Those desiring, may consider memorial contributions to the Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Virgie was born January 26, 1955 in Hamilton, Ohio, the second child of Mr. and Mrs. John and Barbara (Brock) Merrill. She enjoyed playing cards, bowling, bingo, shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. Virgie is survived by her son: Micheal (Denise) Vojinov of Burton, Michigan and daughter; Ivonne (Jeremy) Vojinov of Flint, Michigan; 7 grandchildren: Jacob, Tiffany, Michael, Tristan, Mikaila, Chloee, and Jaden; 3 sisters: Diane (Lenny) Roark, Helen (Bill) Conner and Dawn (Karl) Backer. 3 brothers: Chuck (Kim) Merrill, John (Carla) Merrill and Eddie (Karen) Merrill. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Virgie was preceded in death by her father.
