BAILEY, Victor Wilhelm\ \ Of Otisville, age 77, died Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at his residence. The funeral service will take place 1:00pm, Saturday, November 17, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris. Deacon Jack Brady and John Brady will officiate with burial to follow in Flint Memorial Park. Family will greet loved ones from 10:00am until the time of service at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to a Family Fund. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.\ \ Victor was born May 11, 1930 in Pennsylvania, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor and Mary (Clever) Bailey. He and Frances Bloom were united in marriage February 12, 1955 in Flint, Michigan. \ \ Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 52 years Frances "Lorraine" (Bloom) Bailey, his children; John (Melissa) Bailey, Robin (Todd) Johnson, Shirley (Mark) Engelmann, Susan (Mike) Rutledge, Victoria (Jeff) Taylor, Barry (Stacey) Bailey and Amanda Bailey, 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, brother Larry Bailey, 3 sisters; Mary Cypher, Lorraine Connelly, Geridene Rosensteel,many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews.\ \ He was preceded in death by his parents, infant daughter, 3 brothers; Don, Robert and Marlin.\
