Theresia Weber

Age 95, of Flushing, died Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at Select Specialty Hospital in Pontiac. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services-Mt. Morris. Deacon Richard Rymar to officiate with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will be present at the funeral home on Friday, August 26, 2016 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and, on Saturday from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am. Theresia was born May 19, 1921 in Vinkovci, Croatia to the late Mr. & Mrs. Paul and Magdalena (Molnar) Schnetter. In her spare time, she loved spending time with her family, baking, and cooking. Theresia was known by many for her endless strength, kindness towards others, and her bravery when overcoming difficult tasks in life. She was a marvelous all-around artist of many mediums, and will be missed by many. Theresia was a member of the Carpathia Club in Sterling Heights, where she was known as “Die Liebe Frau Weber”. Left to cherish her memory are her two children: Josef and wife, Edith Weber, Barbara and husband, James Patzer; daughter-in-law, Carol Weber; Grandchildren; Jeffery and wife, Lacey Weber, Cathy Weber, Dan Keimer, David Weber, Laura and husband, Michael Hardy, Ingrid Weber, Eric Weber, and James and husband, Chris Keimer; great grandchildren Nicholas, Ryan, Ben, and Alex; Great-great grandchildren: Tyler, Kasch, and Mila. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Franz “Frank” Weber, son Adam Weber, and grandchild, Gregory Weber.
