Teresa Gleffe

Teresa Gleffe, age 59, of Allegan, died Friday, May 10, 2019, at home with her family by her side. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at 12:00 noon, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris. Teresa's family will be present at the funeral home, to receive friends, on Monday, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Tuesday from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm and on Wednesday, from 9:00 am until the service at 12:00 noon. Pastor Garfield Cooper officiating, with burial to follow at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to Wings of Hope Hospice, 530 Linn St, Allegan, MI 49010. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Teresa was born in Flint, on February 2, 1960, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Joseph and Beatrice Ann (Tregilgas) Newcombe. She attended Clio High School, graduating from Mt. Morris. She was known for working as a branch manager for different credit unions over the years. She married the love of her life, Tim Gleffe on June 15, 2001. In her free time, Teresa enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, going to the casino, gardening, camping, and playing bingo. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Tim; children: Amanda (Chris) Adams, Michael (Elizabeth) Gleffe, Kayla Yarbrough, and Joseph Gleffe; grandchildren: Caleb, Aubrey, MacKenzie, Cameron, and Jack; sisters: JoAnn Leineke, Debby (Ron) Compton, and Stephanie Nelson; brother, Daniel (Sandy) Newcombe; step-dad, Fred Faust; and many other family members and friends. Teresa was preceded in death by her mother, Beatrice Faust; father, Joseph (Joan) Newcombe.
