Stanley Hissong

Of Flint, age 83, died Friday, April 5, 2013. Stanley's family will be present to receive friends at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Mt. Morris from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on Monday, April 8, 2013, with a private burial at Flint Memorial Park. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Marine Corp League 2201 N. Stanley was born March 3, 1930, in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Staney and Leatha (Randell) Hissong, Sr. He and Sally were united in marriage May 14, 1949, in Owosso, Michigan. Stanley owned and operated the Northgate Bar in Mt. Morris Township. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in Oscoda, spending time with his family and friends, telling jokes and sharing stories. Left to cherish his memory are children, Lyle J., Noel B. (Brad) and wife Tracy, Guy R. and wife Bethany, Stanley B. and wife Stephanie; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren and friends.
