Colburn, Roxann Lee (Hoover) age 55 of Vassar, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at Bay Regional Medical Center. Roxann was born on June 17, 1953, to Wilbur and Dorothy Hoover of Tuscola. Roxann graduated from Vassar High School in 1971 and married Dennis Allen that same year. She has also come to love two additional children in her life, Rebecca and Madeline Lang. She is also survived by three brothers, Wayne (Barbara) Hoover, and Dan (Karen) Hoover, all of Vassar, and Ron (Janice) Hoover of DeWitt; a very special aunt JoAnn Freeland of Caro; several nieces and nephews, and her best friend, Ken Klimm of Westland, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents.
