Ronald Nichols

Ronald Lee Nichols, Age 73, of Mt. Morris, died Tuesday, April 11, 2017. A Celebration of Ronald's life will be held 1:00 pm, at the Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services in Grand Blanc, 8253 S. Saginaw St, Grand Blanc. Ronald's family will gather at the funeral home to receive friends on Monday from 12:00 Noon until the time of service at 1:00 pm. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to the family. Envelopes are available at the funeral home. Ronald was born May 4, 1943, in Pontiac, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Vaughtie and Lorraine (Colbeth) Nichols. He married Rosemary Horning on December 18, 1976. He worked for General Motors in Pontiac as a Machine Repair Technician for 30 years until his retirement. After retiring, Ronald would begin working at Jacobsen's Flowers in Waterford for 8 years. In his free time, Ronald enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, fishing, and playing cards. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Rosemary; four children: Brigette Robertson, Cheli (Scott) McArthur, Bill Nichols, and Ron, Jr. (Kelly) Nichols; 17 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren; three brothers: George (Judy) Nichols, Daryl (Rosemary) Nichols, and Gary (Cathy) Nichols; sister, Charleen Braum, and many other family members and friends.
