Ronald J. Dow

Age 60, passed away at the LaVigne Home for Compassionate Care in Burton. Mass of Christian burial will take place 11:00 am, Monday, March 3, 2025, at St. Mary Catholic Church in Mt. Morris. Rev. Fr. Roy Horning officiating with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery. Ron’s family will be present at church to receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of Mass at 11:00 am. Ron was born on November 28, 1964, in Flint; he is the youngest son of Mr. & Mrs. John A. and Lula M. (Ward) Dow’s twelve children. Educated locally, Ron graduated from the Elmer A. Knopf Learning Center in Flint, with the class of 1989. In his free time, Ron loved spending time with his family, watching game shows, going on family camping trips, coloring, and reading his Bible; and was a long-time member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Left to cherish his memory are his 7 siblings: Margaret (Dan) Gasparich, Catherine (Gary) Hansen, Jaqueline Myers, Patrick (Deb) Dow, John Dow, Charles Dow, Robert (Val) Dow, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Vel Pilon, Sandie Arnold, Frances Kelley, and Barbara Russell.
