Robert Clontz

CLONTZ, Robert Howard\ \ Of Burt, died Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc. Cremation has taken place. Burial will be scheduled for a later date at West Vienna Cemetery. Robert was born January 24, 1931 in Mt. Morris the son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard and Lecy (Hartsell) Clontz. He and Beth Bennett were united in marriage December 11, 1953. She preceded him in death March 8, 1991. Robert retired from Buick Motor Division in 1991 after 43 years of service. Surviving are his daughter, Bethany Spring, five grandchildren, two brothers: Buck Clontz, John and wife Juanita Clontz, three sisters: Betty Apperley, Virginia and husband Leon Pifer, and Barbara Borchard and many nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Beth, son: Robert in 1986, sister: Hilda Marie King and brother: Wayne Clontz. \ \
