Rick Fall

FALL, Rick A. \ Of Vassar, age 45, passed away Wed., Dec. 20, 2006 at his home. Rick was born March 15, 1961 in Saginaw, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Rolland and Margaret (Coon) Fall, Sr. He and Connie Withers were united in marriage July 30, 1982 in Mt. Morris. Rick had been employed with the City of Flint in maintenance and as a mechanic. He was a member of Union Local #1600. Rick enjoyed making maple syrup, NASCAR and gardening especially growing flowers. Surviving are his wife Connie Fall of Vassar; 2 children, daughter Amy and husband Matthew Huizar,\ son Allen Fall of Vassar; 2 grandchildren, Madelyn and Lane Huizar; mother Margaret and husband Norm Chriest of Hale; 3 brothers Mark Fall of Key West Fl., Steven and wife Raquel Fall of Mililani HI, Rolland and wife Sherrie Fall of Clio Father-in-law Wayne and wife Connie Withers of Millington; Mother-in-law Alma Withers of Vassar; Brothers and sisters-in-law Jack McIntyre of Ft. Meyers, Fl., Andrea McIntyre of Ft. Meyers, Fl., Carolyn and husband Paul Jones, Karen Withers, Charlene and husband Douglas Karr all of Vassar, Mellicha and husband James Ferrier of Burton. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Rolland Fall, Sr. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Sat., Dec. 23, 2006 at Martin Funeral Home in Vassar with Chaplain Jerry Larkin officiating. Burial will be at Tuscola Township Cemetery. Family will be present at the funeral home to receive friends 11am - 9pm Friday and 9am until time of service at 1pm on Saturday.
