Richard Vargo

Vargo, Richard D. age 54 of Gilford died Monday, April 9, 2007 at Covenant Cooper Hospital. Richard was born May 16, 1952 in Bay City the son of Mr. and Mrs. William and Henrietta (Meinecke) Vargo. He and Frances Lisk were united in marriage on March 9, 1999. He enjoyed gardening, working with animals, wood working, taking care of his lawn, Bible Study, and he loved life. Richard leaves to cherish his memory wife Frances, 2 sons Tobias Vargo of Birch Run, Carl Vargo of Caro, mother Henrietta Vargo of Gilford, 2 sisters Amelia Ann Schury of Saginaw, Carol Wahl of Gilford, sister in law Amy Vargo of Saginaw, 4 nephews, 2 great-nephews, 5 great-nieces, and numerous other family members. Richard was preceded in death by his father William Vargo, and brother William Howard Vargo. Richardas family will be present to receive friends at the Martin Funeral Home in Fairgrove on Thursday, April 12th from 11:00 am to 8:00pm. Memorial donations may be directed to Family Wishes, envelopes are available at the funeral home. A Memorial Service will take place 1:00pm Friday, April 13, 2007 at the Fairgrove United Methodist Church. \ \
