Paula Mccormick

Paula Mae (Powers) McCormick, age 87, of Clio, died Saturday, September 22, 2018, at Gross Assisted Living in Clio with her family at her side. In accordance with Paula’s wishes cremation has taken place. Paula was born on July 17, 1931, in Clio, to Mr. and Mrs. Elmer and Marnie (Richardson) Powers. She graduated from Clio High School with the class of 1949. Paula united in marriage to Thomas on August 19, 1950. She would stay at home to raise two wonderful sons. Paula loved spending time with her family and most importantly her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoyed decorating her home and gardening. Paula will be greatly missed by her loving family. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband: Thomas McCormick; two sons: Randy and wife, Ethel Lynne McCormick, Marty and wife, Kathy McCormick; five grandchildren: Kari and husband, Erik Davis, Marnie and husband, David Lawrence, Paul and wife, Ashley McCormick, Michael and wife, Gabrielle McCormick, Emily and husband, Aaron Kennedy; nine great-grandchildren: Morgan and husband, Steven Earegood, Randi Davis, Stella Lawrence, Dylann Lawrence, Truman McCormick, Genevieve McCormick, Olive McCormick, Juniper McCormick and Cameron Kennedy. Paula was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Dick Powers and sister, Wymadene Allen.
