Patrick "Pat" Metcalfe

Age 26 of Flint died Saturday, May 30, 2015, as a result of an automobile accident. Funeral service will take place 10:00 am Friday, June 5, 2015, at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services. Pastor Dale Lewis will officiate. Cremation will follow and a private burial will be held at Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at Martin Funeral, Cremation & Tribute Services on Thursday, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and on Friday from 9:00 am until time of service at 10:00am. Memorial donations may be directed to Adrienne Nichols for the care of his children. Patrick was born March 23, 1989, in Flint, Michigan, the son of John and Adrienne (Smith) Metcalfe. Patrick was educated locally in Mt. Morris and graduated form Clio Alternative High School. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children, playing sports and watching Michigan Football. Patrick worked for Employment Plus Temp Service, working at ZF Lemforder Corporation. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Karlie and Patrick Jr.; mother, Adrienne (Marion) Nichols; step mother Karen Metcalfe; brothers, Sean Metcalfe (Tabitha), John J. Metcalfe III, William Shurkey (Megan), Phillip Nichols (Shannon), and Matthew Nichols (Ivy), sisters, Annette Niver (Richard), Jacky Metcalfe (Brian), Chelsea Shurkey (James), Erin Gonzalez (Miguel), Lindsey Al-Fonti (Mohammed), Tammy Coletti, and Sherry Higgins (Jim); and many nieces; nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John Metcalfe and his grandparents.
