KIZER, Orval AaA"WayneAaA\ \ Of Flint, age 71, died Saturday, August 25, 2007 at Hurley Medical Center. The funeral service will take place at 11:00am, Thursday, August 30, 2007 at the Miles Martin Funeral Home in Mt. Morris, with burial to follow in Birch Run Township Cemetery. Family will greet friends and loved ones from 9:00am until 12noon and 3:00pm until 9:00pm on Wednesday, also on Thursday visitation will be held from 10:00am until the time of the service at 11:00am. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.\ \ Wayne was born March 22, 1936 in Flint, the son of Mr. and Mrs. George and Clarice (Richards) Parker. He and Nellie Alice Kizer were united in marriage December 20, 1966 in Frankenmuth. He was a Radio Operator for the National Guard. He retired from GM after 30 years of employment. He was an avid walker, enjoyed jogging and watching his grandchildren play sports.\ \ Those surviving are his children, Sondra (Jim) Cummings of Clio, Steve (Elizabeth) Kizer of St. Johns, Arizona, sisters; Charlotte (Dan) Zudel, Rhoda Lutze, brother Bill Parker, sister in law Sharon Parker, 3 grandsons; Cody, Cameron, Keegan, several nieces, nephews, friends and special friend Joyce.\ \ \ He was preceded in death by his wife of 28 years Nellie Kizer, his parents George and Clarice Parker, father Orval Kiser, brothers; George and Eldon, brother in law Jack Lutze and nephew Rodney.\ \
