Olive Moffett

Olive May Moffett\ 1920-2007\ Of Vassar age 87 died Friday, September 28, 2007 at the Frankenmuth Lutheran Home. Cremation has taken place. Olive was born January 8, 1920 in Port Huron the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph and Nora (Van Wormer) Moffett. She retired from General Motors after 30 years of service as a bookkeeper. Olive leaves to cherish her memory, her birth sister Jean (Donald) Goodnow, first cousin Esther Van Wormer, and cousins Jo Haines and family; Sue Jorgenson and family; Kirk and JoAnn Van Wormer and family; Ken and Joan Van Wormer and family; Jan Cunningham and family; and Kim and Deborah Van Wormer and family. Olive was preceded in death by her birth parents, adopted parents, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. \ A Private Family Memorial Service will be held on Sunday. September 30, 2007 with Rev. John Becker officiating. Memorial donations may be considered to the Eden Volunteer Group for the care of the animals at the Lutheran Home.
