Norah Verdict

Of Mt. Morris, age 82, died Monday, July 23, 2012, at Heritage Manor Healthcare Center. Cremation has taken place. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to the family fund. Norah was born January 1, 1930, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frances and Margaret (Quigley) Hoag. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, attending church, painting and raising neighborhood children. Left to cherish her memory are two children, Donald and wife, Sally Wright, Patricia Hubbard and fiance, Bill Landon; nine grandchildren, Pamela, Danny, Joey and Kristy Wright, Anthony and Gregory Hubbard, Danette and Theresa Cutler; five great-grandchildren, Alexis Hubbard, Nichole and Caitlynn Price, Blake and Gavin Akatiff; three great-great-grandchildren, Matthew, Aidan and Christopher Price; one sister, Joann Barns; niece, Bridgette, nephews, Gary Barns and Michael Hubbard and several other family members and friends. Norah was preceded in death by her parents, three children, William, Dennis and Kathleen Wright, niece, Mandy Wright, sister, Molly Nichols.
